Introduction

This five-day immersive training package is designed to refresh previous live firearms training received via the student’s prior military or law enforcement service and is not designed for complete novices. Our civilian training partner PrepYou.Eu has a highly popular Weapon Competency & Science of Shooting courses designed for “concerned citizens” which should be considered first for delegates with no prior experience.

This training package is designed for “experienced pistol shooters” or those who have received training as part of their prior service and feel they need an upgrade. Only in the last seven or so years have we seen all-ranks of soldiers issued with side-arms when on deployment and this is obvious when we get serving soldiers on range. Most are surprised at how badly they actually shoot a pistol once they compare their standards with any of the Juliet7 Instructors or even civilian sports shooters.

Nearly 1,000 rounds will be fired over the duration of the training with training scenarios relevant to counter-terrorism, close-quarter combat and other relevant current threats.

Who is this course designed for:

• Former military or law enforcement requiring a skill re-fresh prior to deployment
• Serving NATO Military who are (frankly) embarrassed with their current skill level
• Former PrepYou.Eu Students who have completed other advanced training packages
• Civilians wishing to enter the security industry – This course will prepare you for a role as a static armed guard. Not a high-speed, diesel-fueled operator as some training providers will claim! Please make contact prior to booking to ensure suitability for this course.

Day 1

• Introduction/Refresh on weapon system (Glock/Sig) functions, applications & stripping & assembling (Live)
• Certification Testing – Normal Saftey Procedures (NSPs) & Marksmanship Principles

Day 2

• Working from belt & holster
• Science of Shooting Module 1
• Certification Testing – Timed shooting drills

Day 3

• Shooting from and around cover
• Magazine changes
• Science of Shooting Module 2
• Certification Testing – Personal Weapons Test (60 rounds)

Day 4

• Dynamic Scenarios
• CQB and multi-target drills
• Certification Testing – Timed Scenario Drills

Day 5

• Force-on-Force Training
• Certification Testing – Final EX

All Certification Testing is PASS or FAIL

What is Not Included:

• Transport to and from the training centre/s
• Accommodation
• Other meals apart from lunch
• Hire of tactical equipment including body armour, shooters belt, etc

Course Preparation

All students should be already at a high level of physical fitness and have previous firearms experience.

Students are also expected to bring their own tactical equipment and clothing.

Failure to properly prepare for any Juliet7 training course will usually result in a FAIL.

Certification

Confirmation of learning happens at the end of every training day and usually takes the form of a “one-take” video (and other media) of the specific skill we are looking to prove. If the test result is a pass, we will create an NFT Video Certificate via our partner Noderon. This NFT Certificate is available to download to any META Walet (used for storing Cryptocurrency and other NFT types) which can be shared via a personalised link with potential employers.

The point of NFT Certification is that it cannot be argued with as it cannot be edited, deleted or even hacked once published. This, therefore, offers a far more robust and resilient form of proving your skill sets than an easily forgeable PDF certificate.

The video certificate also lives on our Private YouTube Channel and you will have sole access to share that media via the standard YouTube methods.
