Leadership
The J7 team can offer training and coaching that develops individual leadership capability in the context of the security sector. The package includes contracting, managing a client, managing a team, and planning. This package comes with post-training course coaching as mutually agreed to support the individual on task and in the workplace. The course starts with an individual assessment, develops a training package for you as a leader, and uses class and simulation to develop experience in the context of leading in the security/ law enforcement sector.
The key element of all of our team and individual development training includes a focus on individual and team resilience and the ‘mindful’ approach of each individual to create sustainable success.
Team development
Our team can work with you in location or prepare your team prior to a task or bespoke as you need. We start by an assessment to understand the individual and team dynamics. Understanding the task in focus and from both of these assessments, we develop a programme that will develop team cohesion, planning, on task, team resilience and how to manage a crisis.
Individual skills
We offer specific training for individuals that includes individual negotiating, planning and logistics, cyber security, working and leading in a hostile civilian environment (non-war-fighting). This can be delivered have a focus on client, team, and potential crisis negotiation, utilising our experts from Police and military backgrounds.

Michael Stewart MBA, MIL&M, FICPD
Michael is an international executive with hands-on experience of working with global military, Law Enforcement and intelligence, commercial and political decision-makers. Michael is a member of UK and international SME commercial Boards; advising and leading at public sector Director and Minister level. Michael brings his risk management, commercial security and government expertise to the training environment where he uses his experience and insight to develop others. Michael has held senior leadership and management positions with the UK Foreign Commonwealth Office in Libya, Afghanistan and Gulf
Middle East States. This following a career developing commercial entities in post conflict countries in Asia and Africa; and latterly running internationally funded security sector development programmes in post conflict and emerging economies. His breadth of experience has allowed him to develop substantial knowledge across many disciplines and he has a detailed understanding of the cultural, legislative and regulatory challenges facing a modern security and intelligence service.
Michael is an avid student of history; a mountain ultra-endurance athlete and a sea kayaker having paddled the major sea kayak routes in the Mediterranean and off the West coast of Scotland.

Certification
Confirmation of learning happens at the end of every training day and usually takes the form of a “one-take” video (and other media) of the specific skill we are looking to prove. If the test result is a pass, we will create an NFT Video Certificate via our partner Noderon. This NFT Certificate is available to download to any META Walet (used for storing Cryptocurrency and other NFT types) which can be shared via a personalised link with potential employers.
The point of NFT Certification is that it cannot be argued with as it cannot be edited, deleted or even hacked once published. This, therefore, offers a far more robust and resilient form of proving your skill sets than an easily forgeable PDF certificate.
The video certificate also lives on our Private YouTube Channel and you will have sole access to share that media via the standard YouTube methods.
